Most clients have gone through processes of data collection and attempts to provide holistic asset health CBM programs using techniques such as vibration, temperature, oil analysis, ultrasound etc.. Often, these are high cost standalone ‘expert user’ systems and don’t drive the goal of improving asset availability, lower maintenance costs and delivery of an integrated maintenance strategy.
Machine Sentry® allows users to collate integrated holistic CM data easily using off the shelf, low cost Android™ based solutions. When aligned to the Machine Sentry® Suite it will ultimately achieve Condition Based Maintenance, Operator Driven Reliability and effective asset management.
Reports can also be automatically generated from the system by your own team for rapid and agile updates to management and key stakeholders. The simplicity of monitoring also encourages clients to perform the necessary checks and maintenance to ensure the highest safety standards. Additionally using a Machine Sentry® Remote Diagnostic Centre (RDC) or approved on-site service personnel we can work with you to provide daily, weekly or monthly actions for your maintenance team to improve the up-time of your assets that is not cost prohibitive.
