Mounting available or possible for use with Machine Sentry® Fixed sensors.
The answer is like most other accelerometers:
- Direct attachment with adhesive to asset
- Drill and tap (M6) then use screw mount (RHS of photo)
- Use same screw mount to attach to off-the-shelf mounting options such as motor fin mounts
- Magnet mount (LHS of photo)
- Adhesive a magnetic stamped plate to non-ferrous assets, then mount to that plate with the magnet mount
In all cases each sensor can be fitted easily and quickly by our experts during the implementation phase. Only one sensor is typically required for each bearing location on a given asset as the sensors capture full timewave forms in all three axis plus a temperature reading.
