You can have an unlimited number of named users in the platform. These users can have varying level of accessibility depending on their roles, but they could use the web platform, Android application and collect data if required.
As a standard with no additional licences all web and data licence allow up to 3 users to concurrently sign into the web platform via a browser. If you require more than 3 users to log into the web platform at any one time please contact your local representative.
