The MSF-01 sensor is powered by a replaceable 3.6V battery. You can source batteries yourself but it is recommended spare batteries are supplied (available in multiple packs) by AVT Reliability®. This ensures you meet the certification requirements within warranty period. Note: You should always replace the battery in a safe location if the sensor is fitted in a designated ATEX/IECEx area.
