If relying on a 3g/4g router for internet connection with the Gateway rather than Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection, then a good signal will be required.
Any sim network with signal at the install location will be effective. However, we do recommend some of the IOT related sims which cross multiple networks which helps maintain a good signal inmost cases.
