Yes, ultrasound can be implemented within Machine Sentry® to manually import DB levels along with many other Condition Monitoring techniques such as-
- Vibration readings
- Temperature readings and thermography
- Lubrication routines
- Oil analysis results
- Visual inspections
Although we don't currently have native support from ultrasound probes, such that they connect directly to the database, many user will record ultrasound readings directly into the Machine Sentry platform via the app under a specifically made process point. This information can be trended and alarmed like many other parameters.
