# How much does it cost to add another user?

Named users can be added free of charge and are able to log into the existing portal and Android applications.

If additional concurrent users of the web portal are required the following applies:

Through the readings based licences, it is an additional £800 to add an additional concurrent user of the web portal.

With the legacy hardware based licences the appropriate web licence access is required, to find out what this upgrade looks like for your current contract please get in touch with your local representative.
