# Do I need to pay for a licence straight away?

There are two options that enable users to trial the platform without paying licence fees:

The first option is to use the evaluation part of the Android app. Once you download the app you can sign up free of charge and use the apps features. The only limitation is that none of the data is sent or stored on the web and is kept locally to the phone or tablet device. Fixed sensors or mobile sensors can both be used with this access to be evaluated.

The second option would be to arrange a free of charge sales demo commonly over a two week period whereby our team can set up a demonstration section of the full access online platform.

Upon completion of any trial a payment or purchase order would be required along with the necessary agreement of licence schedule SaaS agreements to continue using the platform.

Purchase orders need to be sent to AVT Reliability® in order to be able to use the Machine Sentry® software and hardware.
